The second meeting of the Task Force on Climate Preparedness and Resilience will be held on February 13th, 2014 in Los Angeles, California. The Task Force was developed by President Obama to help advise the federal government on how they can help protect communities from the effects of climate change. The Task Force is part of the President’s Climate Action Plan.
