On March 10th comments for EPA’s Clean Air Act Section 111(b) rule are due. Section 111(b) pertains to new power plants. EPA proposed the changes on September 20th, 2013. However, due to the government shutdown and other reasons, the proposal was not published in the Federal Register until January 8th, 2014.
According to Kentucky’s Department of Environmental Protection, the Commonwealth of Kentucky will provide comments on the proposed rule.
