Scott R. Smith has been confirmed as a member of the Commerce Lexington Board of Directors for 2013. Scott has served on the Public Policy Committee for several years and has assisted Commerce Lexington in understanding and commenting on numerous aspects of environmental and energy issues that may impact Central Kentucky businesses. His experience with that Committee and as the Chairman of the Environmental Quality Commission for over six years will be a resource to the Board.
