At Smith Management Group, we work closely with Division of Water and our clients to ensure that our clients are aware of DOW regulatory actions. With that goal in mind, SMG would like to point out that Kentucky Division of Water has recently:
- approved the Floyd’s Fork Bacteria TMDL; and
- received EPA approval on the 2012 Integrated Report on Water Quality.
In addition, DOW has recently sent an invitation for the Fall 2014 Hypoxia Task Force Meeting and Webcast.
