EPA has announced a new Regional Administrator for Region 4, which includes Kentucky.  Click here for more information about Ms. McTeer Toney.  The previous Region 4 Administrator, Gwendolyn Keyes Fleming, is now Chief of Staff to the EPA Administrator.
