The Kentucky Division for Air Quality has announced a public hearing to discuss Title V air permit fees.  As you know if you have a Title V air permit, you pay for what you emit.  Current fees are a little more than $70 per ton for the fiscal year 2013.  It is likely that this public hearing will discuss an increase in the fees, although the projected increase has not yet been announced.

The hearing will be held in Conference Room 201B of the Division for Air Quality, 200 Fair Oaks Lane, Frankfort, Kentucky on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 10 AM.  If you are interested in submitting comments or want to be sure you hear what is discussed, please let us know.
