EPA Solvent Rag Exclusion

EPA has issued final rule excluding some cleaning rags from hazardous waste requirements. The exclusion applies to solvent contaminated rags that are laundered or disposed. Only rags contaminated with specified solvents and no free liquids are excluded. Click here to obtain a 2-page fact sheet.
