SMG has qualified and been certified as a field-only laboratory for Kentucky’s Wastewater Laboratory Certification program. A revised Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) Manual is now available from the Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA) and Division of Water (DOW).
