A revised Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) Manual is now available from the Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA) and Division of Water (DOW). The revised manual has been updated to include information related to submission of DMRs using NetDMR. NetDMR is an internet application that KPDES permittees must use to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) electronically to DOW and EPA. The main benefits of NetDMR include automatic error-checking of data, instant confirmation of submission, and the opportunity to revise previously submitted data.
The revised manual, released in February 2015, replaces the August 2009 version. The newly revised manual provides instructions to prepare and submit a DMR, answers frequently asked questions, and shows example calculations. It is recommended that personnel responsible for preparing and submitting DMRs download a copy of the revised manual.
