It’s a busy time of year for environmental managers. Several common environmental reports have March 1 reporting deadlines.

Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Sections 311-312 inventory reports are due March 1.  US EPA has a lot of useful information and references at its EPCRA Sections 311-312 webpage. Additionally, Kentucky has published a 2014 EPCRA How to Comply Packet which addresses new requirements for online reporting and payment.

Hazardous waste annual assessments and reports are also due March 1. These are required from small and large quantity generators as well as treatment, storage and disposal facilities. The forms can be downloaded at the DEP Form Library online.

If you have an air permit with reporting requirements through Louisville Metro/Jefferson County APCD, you may also have a semi-annual or an annual compliance report due March 1. Check your permit(s) for details.
