New Rule - TRI Electronic Release Inventory (TRI) Program

EPA has issued a new rule regarding Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) requirements. The new rule requires companies that are required to file annual TRI reports to submit them through a new digital reporting tool called TRI-MEweb The new reporting rule takes effect on January 14, 2014 with report submittals due July 1 of each year.
