APCD Louisville Plans Reorganization and Names new Executive Director



APCD has named Keith Talley, Sr. as its new Executive Director.  In addition, the agency is planning a reorganization.  In preparation for the reorganization, SMG used its skills in organizational management and served as a consultant to the mayor’s office in order to make recommendations for a new internal structure.  More information can be found here.


EPA names new Regional Administrator
